Tim Godsey is Regional Sales Director for the Western United States for KDM Financial. In this role, Mr. Godsey is responsible for originating large balance commercial mortgages throughout the Western half of the U.S. and managing a team of Account Executives.
Mr. Godsey has over 10 years’ experience in business-to-business sales, primarily in the financial services industry, and 7 years’ experience in upper management. Prior to joining KDM Financial, Mr. Godsey spent several years in Executive Management in the non-profit sector in his hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio. He now resides in Carmel Valley, California with his wife and three daughters. When not traveling to visit clients, he spends time with his family enjoying the natural wonders of California’s central coast and exploring the local golf courses.
Mr. Godsey received both a B.S. and M.S. form the University of Cincinnati.
